I began my pond e-mail newsletter in July of 2001. This newsletter is for YOU! Let me know what information you want me to cover in future issues or on my web site. The newsletter will include updates on altered or new web pages, happenings at my ponds, web sites of interest, pond tidbits, pond humor, and more.

To subscribe to the new (7/4/02) free e-mail newsletter, enter your e-mail into the form below. They will send you an auto-reply to which you must respond, and then, you will be subscribed.

If you have a question about something in the newsletter or a problem subscribing, e-mail me from my contact page.

Additional Notes About the Pondnews Group:
Due to the overwhelming number of subscribers, I was no longer able to handle the list and new subscribers in my personal e-mail directory. I set up a new Yahoo group to handle my pond newsletter. It is not like a traditional group in that only I can post messages. Newsletters still go to your e-mail, and your e-mail should be hidden from all others. As Yahoo will handle the list, I cannot guarantee that joining would not result in the arrival of additional junk mail. Yahoo says that it should be secure but they give no guarantees. You do NOT have to be a member of Yahoo to join. They will add Yahoo ads and notes at the top and bottom of the newsletter. The newsletter will continue to be text-based for those of us who cannot view HTML but technically, Yahoo will try to put it in HTML. I sent a test newsletter to my text-only e-mail, and all the 's were replaced with strange o-type characters, and other symbols may be messed up. If you have HTML-based e-mail then it will look normal. You can go to the group page to see the sent newsletters if there are problems due to this. Input on these issues is welcome!

Robyn's Pond Newsletter is a free monthly e-mail newsletter by Robyn Rhudy of the state of Maryland, USA. She is in Zone 6/7. She does not share newsletter e-mails with anyone. Robyn does not operate a business nor does she sell anything except for her pond book (see Robyn's Pond Book Page.) and a few items from her new Fishpondinfo Store.

She is not an expert on any topic. She does not make any money from her newsletter, or consultation regarding animals, fish, and ponds. She makes little more than the cost of paying for hosting for Fishpondinfo as a result of advertizing on her web site and other minor sales.

Certain special offers and other topics specifically for those in the newsletter alone are NOT included in the newsletter archives.
