1. At 12:30 pm on 5/7/23, the air temperature was nice at 72 degrees F. The 1800 gallon pond's thermometer read 64 degrees F while that in the 153 gallon pond read 60 degrees F. I squirted off all the filter flosses, added additives, and topped off the ponds with water. I fertilized my one waterlily. I had to rush to be able to mow.
2. I did pond chores at 12:38 pm on 5/14/23. The air temperature was 74 degrees F. The 1800 gallon pond was at 68 degrees F, and the 153 gallon pond was at 64 degrees F. I squirted off all the filter materials, added water, and put in some additives.
The filter flosses around the three pumps in the big pond were really clogged as the fish have been at it again.
3. At 12:54 pm on 5/21/23, the air temperature was 72 degrees F. The 1800 gallon pond was at 68 degrees F, and the 153 gallon pond was at 64 degrees F. I changed the PondMaster filters. I squirted out the Matala in the Biosteps filter. I squirted off the filter flosses around the three pumps in the big pond. I squirted out the bags of bioballs and lava rock in the biofilter. It was back breaking work.
4. I did pond chores on 5/28/23 at 11:36 am. The air temperature was 60 degrees F. The 1800 gallon pond was at 66 degrees F, and the 153 gallon pond was at 60 degrees F (forgot to record temperature before I added cold well water to that pond). I squirted all the filter materials, put in some additives, and topped all the ponds off.
